Terms & Conditions.
Booking & Payment
- • 30% advance payment required at the time of booking to confirm slot.
- • Remaining balance must be cleared 7 days prior to the event date.
- • Payments can be made via bank transfer, RTGS/NEFT or approved methods.
Cancellation Policy
- • Advance booking amount is non-refundable.
- • Date changes are subject to slot availability upon advance written request.
- • Cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled event date will incur applicable fees.
Usage Guidelines
- • No lunch / dining packages or food allowed inside the auditorium hall.
- • Events must conclude strictly by 10:00 PM per city noise regulations.
- • Any damages to sound, stage or lighting property will be charged separately.
Taxes & Additional
- • GST @ 18% applicable on all packages and facility bookings.
- • Prices are subject to revision without prior notice.
- • Custom technical equipment or extended hours may affect final quote.
